Traveling SeedBomb Dress by Nicole Dextras

Sunday, August 10th while enjoying the Chinatown festival, watch for the Traveling SeedBomb Dress by Nicole Dextras.  As part of the Urban Foragers Series, this dress functions as a garment, a shelter and as a food source.  The dress houses 50 vials filled with enough seeds to plant over an acre of vegetables, grains and herbs to feed a family for a year.  The Traveling SeedBomb Dress will make an appearance near the Dr. Sun Yat Sen Public Park along Columbia and Keefer Streets throughout the afternoon.
